Since I'm organising the campaign aspect, I'm sure it will be possible to make a private arrangement with a certain person who lives in Ayton to organise the hall for us.

I'm going to be closing the lists for the Grenouissse Ascendant attendees at the end of this week, Sunday 22nd December. By then, I must have a finalised list of names of who's coming and a pretty accurate outline of the forces involved. So whatever you're planning, I need to know the MOST you will be commanding: if troops don't turn up on the day, then hard luck, but I'm not going to have sudden surprises turning up that I haven't catered for.
OK?
