I have never seen Poles in 1/72 gaming so would be good to see your guys in action one day.

Got wo platoons of infantry painted already, and bought some artillery, so it's beginning to look like an army.

Nice,

I recently made a 1/72 Romanian army for the Eastern Front - its quite fun playing something out of the ordinary.

The HäT Romanians are quite popular in the Netherlands, since they wore Dutch helmets, so an easy conversion.

This is true - I also use them for Dutch East Indies Troops for my Pacific games.

Accidentally finished my first 1/72 FoW unit, didn't notice till I cleared away the finished stuff this morning.

This is the second '39 Polish platoon, which somehow jumped the queue, complete wit command stand and some support.

More Poles are in the pipeline, for now I got everything for a complete 3 platoon company, a HMG platoon, some light armour and some artillery.

These figures are all HäT.

Last night, I finished basing my partisans unit for 1/72 FoW, consisting of 8 bases, 2 command bases and a kommissar base.

Also added are four demolition teams. The official FoW list didn't call for them, but I had the figures, and I figure that they could come in handy one day.

Since the group pic is a bit hazy, I added a second pic of a command group, the kommissar and one of the demolition teams.

One day I hope to add some pack animals.

Finished another FoW in 1/72 plastics unit - this time an Early War Soviet HMG company.

Front row: no less than 9 HMG bases - no such thing as too many Maxims.

Second row: supporting infantry.

Safely at the rear: the company command plus the kommissar to make sure everybody points the right way.

Good progress on my early war Soviets. Here you see the now completed bataillon command plus a few extras, check out my blog post http://gungnir52.blogspot.com/2019/06/more-early-war-172-plastic-soviets.html for the infantry company command and two infantry platoons, the third one still stuck in the painting queue somewhere.
