Playtest on my new rules...

Postby Herkybird » Sun Jan 07, 2018 12:28 am

Today Lawrence and Phil (Normal D Landings to you), joined me to playtest my new Star Wars skirmish rules.
If you want to see what happened, and see how the system played, please go to my blog at http://herkybird-richardbradley.blogspot.co.uk/2018/01/the-joys-of-playtesting-part-2.html

Great photos and AAR Herk!
It’s interesting to note that stormtrooper plastic armour looks so cool, but protects against nothing. Is this incorporated in the rules?

I have made Stormtrooper armour a little better than useless, in that they ignore a 'wound' result, and get a 'Duck back' instead.
It is only of minimal advantage to them though!

Actually, that was one reason its been so difficult working the combat system out! I had to get it so the bucket-heads were useless shots, but still have the ability to threaten characters!
